Herculaneum
Next, we will drive to Herculaneum (Ercolano), where you will have free time to explore the ancient Roman ruins. Located at the western foot of Mount Vesuvius on the Bay of Naples, Herculaneum was destroyed by the volcanic eruption of AD 79 that buried the town of Resina. Discover the well-preserved mosaics, frescoes, and architecture of this historic site.

Wine Tasting in the Vesuvius Countryside
Leaving Herculaneum, we will head to the beautiful Vesuvius countryside to visit a local winery. Enjoy a wine tasting and a light lunch (fixed menu). Please note: cost not included; payment is made directly on-site.
Afterwards, we will return to your ship or hotel on time in the same comfortable Mercedes vehicle, driven by your professional English-speaking driver.
